The main objective of the Gator Club of Naples is to award scholarships to deserving Collier County area UF students. Proceeds from each and every fundraising activity held by the Gator Club of Naples are directly allocated to the Gator Club of Naples Scholarship Fund. Each year, those Collier County area high school graduates, who desire to apply for such scholarship opportunities, complete a comprehensive application which includes the requirements of a transcript, personal statement, and letters of recommendation. Following a thorough selection process, a certain number of recipients (as dependent upon the number of applicants, the quality of the applications, and the then current size of the Scholarship Fund) are chosen to receive a scholarship. The scholarships are then awarded during the annual Send-Off Reception and Scholarship Award Ceremony.
The scholarship application for Collier County area students that have been accepted into and enrolled at the University of Florida to begin their freshman year during the Summer of 2018, Fall of 2018, or Spring of 2019 semesters, is now available for completion and submission. Please request an application from the Gator Club of Naples Scholarship Committee at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to follow the directions set forth on the application. Completed applications are due on or before April 30, 2018 - PLEASE NOTE THAT COMPLETED SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
